Disappointed with ink, but prints great.

I was very disappointed that you have to replace all the ink cartridges for this printer to work. What's the point in having separate cartridges then? I ran out of the 3 colors but the black still worked, but once the black ran out, I was forced to replace all of the cartridges in order to get it working again. I only wanted to use it as a black printer. I was also annoyed that the the black ink and the color ink cartridges cost about $10 less then the printer did and wish it would be cheaper. But, I am very impressed by the ease of set up and the beautiful prints that it prints out.

The printer does work nicely but the cost of the printer cartridges bothers me. This printer take 4 cartridges, new approx $15.00 plus shipping, remanufacture approx $9.00 each. The problem is 2 of the remanufactures cartridges failed and the printer will not work at all. Remember the starter printer cartridges that come with the printer only last about 2 week. so after two week you are look at a $32-60 bill to keep printing. Request you facture that in to your cost of ownership of this printer.

Work Pretty Well...

Its the first day with thi printer....IT works Great

1) Has a WPS connect button which automatically connected to my router

2) It configured all the details by itself

3) Tried some wirelsss printing, All works well...Nice crisp and Good speed of Printing.

4) Downloaded the iPrint app for the phone,

5) Tried scanning a phot directly to the phone 300 Dpi scanned and received o the phone

6) Send the scanned photo to my mail to check if the feature works, Yupp it does!!

7) Checked the scan quality..Pretty good for the price..I have seen better but at the price i got it (under 40 $) nothing beats it.

8) Tried printing from evernote and Drop box...yupp that works too

That completes my testing....All in all a wonderful all in one printer for the price..

Higly reommended if you are looking for nothing fancy but just a neat way to print wirelessly.
